Julie joined EUSA as Operations Director in 2008. Originally from the United States, she has over twenty years of experience working for study abroad programs in London, focusing on internship programs.


Nigel Martin

Nigel Martin
Finance Director

Nigel has been a Chartered Accountant for thirty years and has been EUSA's Finance Director since 2009. He grew up in Kent, gained his BA in Economics and Business Studies from Sheffield University, and then moved to London. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Courtney Burke

Courtney Burke
Development Director

Courtney has been EUSA’s Development Director since 2016. She brings over 10 years of experience in international education, and has worked and lived in the UK and Ireland. Courtney received her BA from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts and her MA from UCC in Ireland.

Terence Coetzee

Terence Coetzee
Operations Director

A native Londoner with a keen interest in international travel and a background in student services, Terence joined EUSA as London Program Director before becoming Operations Director in 2011. He received his BSc from Middlesex University.

Samantha LaCroix

Samantha LaCroix


Boston Director

Samantha joined joined EUSA in 2007 as a University Relations Manager before becoming Boston Director in 2008. Samantha recently completed her Masters of Science (Innovation) from Northeastern University.

Michael Thornhill

Michael Thornhill, D. Phil
Academic Director

Michael has been EUSA's Academic Director since the organisation's inception. He holds a BA in International History and Politics from Leeds University, an MA in International History from the London School of Economics, and a doctorate in Modern History from St Antony’s College, Oxford.

Rebecca Woolf

Rebecca Woolf
Information Director

Rebecca launched EUSA's Dublin office in 2002 and served as Dublin Director for nearly six years, before taking on the role of Information Director in 2008. Originally from the United States, she has lived in Ireland for over 20 years. Rebecca holds a BA in English from Smith College and MPhil in Anglo-Irish Literature from Trinity College Dublin.

Hattie Peterson

London Director

In April 2015, after three years in Upstate New York, Hattie returned to London to join the EUSA team. Having been fortunate enough to study in three countries, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Vietnam, she has developed a real commitment to the benefits of a global education.

Roya Zeinali

London Assistant Director

Roya joined the EUSA London team in 2016. No stranger to travel, after completing her BA in History and Politics and Masters in Business Management (Marketing), Roya took a year off to travel and completed a ski season in France.

Hayden Gray

Hayden Gray
London Program Manager

Hayden joined the EUSA team in 2017. Originally from New Zealand, he has an academic background in criminology and psychology, and is a trained restorative justice facilitator. Hayden brings over 5 years of experience working in the university accommodation sector and educational project management.

Helen Green

London Office Manager

Helen joined the EUSA team in 2011 and quickly moved from Office Administrator to her current role. When Helen moved from Ireland to London, she originally planned to stay for six months, but she was won over and a decade later she is still here.

Financial Controller

Vicky is a graduate from Westminister University with a BSc (Hons) in Accounting and Business Management. She started her accounting career as part of the EUSA Finance team in 2013. Born and raised in Bulgaria, she moved with her family to London in 2004.

Rebecca Jones

London Placement Manager

Rebecca joined the EUSA London placement team in 2017. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology with English Language & Communications. Rebecca has studied abroad in the USA (University of Oklahoma), and into her current role she brings experience working in Mexico and France.

Natalie Morris

London Placement Manager

Natalie joined the EUSA London team as its Program Assistant before quickly moving to her current role. She has a BA in Creative Writing from her home country of New Zealand. After graduation, she moved to California for a year and has been working in international education ever since.

Rebecca Newell

Rebecca joined the EUSA team in 2017. She has a BA in Spanish and Mandarin from the University of Leeds, which included a study abroad year in Shanghai and a semester in Spain. After graduating she returned to China to teach and then on to the Dominican Republic to work in non profit education for 2 years.

Jadelyn joined the EUSA London team in 2017. Jadelyn’s professional background is in administration. Originally from Australia, she enjoys traveling and learning about different cultures.

Gloria completed her degree on English Studies in Granada, Spain and currently is studying a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Marketing. She did Erasmus year at UEA and summer camp program in the US. She has more than 5 years of experience working in international education and she loves it.

Originally from California, Jillian studied abroad as an Art History student in the UK at the University of East Anglia before moving to the UK permanently in 2011. She has previously worked in relationship management for the arts, education and IT sectors, and has a background in both fine art and education.

Claire joined the EUSA London team in 2018. Originally from the USA, she moved to the UK in 2011 to attend Oxford Brookes University where she obtained a BSc in Psychology with her third year focusing on USA expat cultural identity. She has a background in international higher education program management.

Dublin Director

Janice joined EUSA in 2013 and has worked in higher education since 2002. She has lived in Dublin for over 20 years, apart from a spell working in Sri Lanka. She holds a BSc (Hons) and MPhil in Communications (Journalism) from Dublin Institute of Technology.

Hazel Moloney

Hazel Moloney
Dublin Program Manager

EUSA lured Hazel back to Ireland from Paris in 2008 after her brief stint as a EUSA lecturer and administrator in 2005. Hazel has Masters degrees both in Politics and Classical Civilisation from University College Dublin.

Cabrini Clancy

Dublin Office Manager

Cabrini joined EUSA in 2009. Cabrini’s professional background is in recruitment rather than education, but like everyone else at EUSA, she is an inveterate traveler, having lived in San Francisco and traveled throughout Europe.

Vinija joined EUSA in 2017 as a Program Management Assistant before moving into her current role. She holds a Masters of Arts in Political Science and is currently studying digital marketing at Dublin Business School. A Croatian native, she moved to Dublin permanently in 2014.

Almendra Staffa-Healey

Almendra Staffa-Healey
Madrid Director

Almendra, one of our longest-serving staff members, was born in Granada, Spain, to American parents. She holds a BA from NYU (summa cum laude) in Art History and an MBA from the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles. She is a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI®).

Nuria has been with EUSA from its inception in Madrid. She holds an advanced degree in Primary and Special Education from the Escuela Universitaria La Salle in Madrid. In addition to academic credentials in education, Nuria has a background in the private sector in publications and public relations.

 

Paris

Jon Hutchinson

Jon Hutchinson


Paris Director

Jon has worked in the field of study abroad in Paris for the last 20-plus years, a field he entered after studying Modern Languages and Society in the UK and France. Jon joined EUSA in January 2011, first as acting Director of the Paris program, then as European Development Manager, and now Paris Director.

Paris Placement Manager

Kimberly, who joined EUSA in 2011, has a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with a French emphasis and a minor in Business from Western Oregon University. She studied abroad in Angers in 2005 and in Lyon from 2007 through 2009.

Paris Placement Manager

Camille first joined the Paris team in 2016, just after completing a transatlantic crossing on a sailboat. Camille holds a Master in Translation Studies and she spent a year as a Teaching Assistant in the US. She has been working with American universities in Paris ever since.

Prague

Prague Director

Martina, Prague’s director since 2016, brings over 20 years of experience within the local and international corporate world in the fields of management training and development, executive recruitment, and event management. She spent six years working in the USA, UK, and Germany.

Filip joined the EUSA Prague team in 2017. He holds a Masters of Arts in Southeast European studies. Before Filip moved to Prague, he worked and studied in France and Romania.

Tony Wilbur
University Relations Senior Manager

Tony joined the EUSA team as a University Relations Manager in 2011. While attaining his BA in English at the University of Southern Maine, Tony spent a semester in King Alfred's College in Winchester, England, and worked abroad in Dublin, Ireland. He holds an MA in Intercultural Relations from Lesley University.

University Relations Manager

Andie joined the EUSA team as the University Relations Coordinator in August 2016 before moving into her current role. As an undergraduate, she spent two semesters abroad in Rome and Berlin. She holds a BA in Architectural Studies from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and a MA in International Higher Education and Intercultural Relations from Lesley University.

Lea Sarodjo

Lea Sarodjo
University Relations Manager

Lea joined the EUSA Boston team in 2018. Born in Thailand and partially raised in Japan, Lea majored in international studies at the University of North Texas. She studied abroad in Morocco for a summer, and interned in Cambodia. In 2017, she completed her Masters in Dispute Resolution at SMU.

Sharon joined the EUSA team in 2018 as Boston Assistant. As an undergraduate at Lebanon Valley College, she studied Health Science, Spanish, and Global Studies, as well as spent two semesters studying abroad in Spain and interning in New Zealand. She later received her M.S.Ed. in Higher Education from the University of Pennsylvania.
